With a daily throughput of over 1000 tires, and up to 80,000 tires on hand, this is a large facility, handing the flow of tires into a large OEM assembly plant. Logos has worked with the tire manufacturer to establish SOP’s including unloading from a container, inspection, categorization by DOT and conicity, and safe storage. Logos works within the manufactures ERP system, obtaining releases from the OEM, pulling stock, and safely transporting the tires on our own assets to the next step in the production chain.
